Thalipeeth is a simple bread made like a pancake that is a part of the Maharashtrian cuisine belonging to the Marathi people of India.

- In a bowl take chopped onion,chopped coriander leaves and all masala(except all flour) mix well and keep aside for 15 minutes. Now add flour into mixture and add as required water to make dough.
- Make ball from dough put on plastic sheet or clean cloth and tap to round shape chapati with hand, make hole in middle and transfer to greased hot tawa and roast both sides of chapati like paratha.
- For thecha roast peanut in pan for 5 minutes at low medium flame. Remove skin of peanuts
- In same pan roast chillies and garlic for 5 minutes,then cool completely. Now in mixer jar add peanut, chillies - garlic, coriander leaves, cumin, asafoetida, salt and lemon juice and ground coarsely.
- Heat oil in pan add mustard seeds when splutter add chilli paste and saute for 1 minute.
